Baking Powder – 2 Pinch
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick – 1
Water

For Gravy :-
Ginger,Garlic – 2 tsp
Green chilli – 3
Onion – 3
Tamater – 3
Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1//2 tsp
Chana Masala – 2 Spoon
Dry Fenugreek Leaves
Kashmiri Mirach – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds -1tsp
