I was a pastry chef, I am husband , a father and Good Cook (Well decide that when you see my recipes ;)). I have always been passionate about food , keep trying to make new recipes and serve/share with family and friends. One day, I thought why should I keep my passion limited to and why not share with other food lovers

Here is My attempt to serve you whatever little I know about food .

Recipe:
4 tbsp of oil
1 carrot finely chopped
100gms of cabbage finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2-3 green chilies chopped (its optional if you dont want it too hot)
8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped
3 tbsp cornstarch make a slurry of it
2 tbsp red chili sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
4 cups of vegetable stock or hot boiling water

Method
1. Heat the pan add in the 4 tbsp of oil to it.
2. Add in the chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies to it.
3. When its start to turn brown add in the chopped vegetables.
4. Cook vegetables for 2-3 minutes then add in the vegetable stock or boiling water to it.
5. When water starts boiling add in the cornstarch slurry to it and cook until soup thickens.
6. Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions green part.
