Ingredients

1 cup Rava / Sooji / Semolina
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Maida / All Purpose Flour
Salt
Water
1 cup Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Whole Pepper
3 Green Chilli chopped finely
Curry leaves
1tbsp Ginger
1 Onion
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro
Coconut pieces

1. Take a bowl add maida, rice flour, rava, salt, jeera, green chillies, onions, curry leaves, cilantro, ginger, and mix well.
2. Now add water and make into a very thin batter and set aside with lid for 45minutes to hour. Adding coconut and pepper is optional but it definitely enhances the taste.
3. Heat a non stick tawa and brush with little oil and pour couple of ladleful of batter from a height so that it forms small holes in this. Don’t Spread the batter..Just pour it thinly here and there.
4. Drizzle some oil and let it cook for couple of minutes or till it turn golden. Flip over and cook for a min.Remove and serve.
5. Serve with coconut chutney and enjoy hot Rava Dosa !!!
