Ingredients:

750gm boneless Mutton
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tbsp Curd
5-6 Green chilli and 10-15 mint leaves crushed
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
1/2 glass water
2 tsp maida
3 tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp crushed coriander seed
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Black salt
1 tsp roasted and crushed dried fenugreek leaves
some red food colour
oil for frying
Serve with Lemon or Green chutney or Chaat masala
