Lamb / Mutton – 1 Kg
Yoghurt – 200 gms
Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste – 2 Tsp

Cumin – 1 tsp
Mace – a few
Whole Red Chillies – 4
Cloves – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon – 1
Black Cardamom – 2
Green Cardamom – 5
Bay Leaf – 2
Green Chillies – 3
Onions – 4
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
Tomatoes – 2
Red Chilli Pwd – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – a few
Green Chillies – optional
