Aunty Mary shows how to make this easy recipe sweet and spicy mango salad at home.This is similar to Thai mango salad but without the fish sauce. It’s perfect for vegetarians.

Ingredients

1 big green mango, peel and grate
1 red chilli, remove seeds and slice thinly
1/2 small red onion, peel and slice thinly
A small handful coriander leaves, chop roughly

Seasoning

1 Tbsp honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chilli oil (opt)

Note:
1. This recipe is enough for 4-6 persons
2. Sweetness and spiciness can be adjusted according to personal preference.
