Every Ramadan Eid is Incomplete without Seviyan.. So Here ‘ s my updated version of Qimami seviyan for you all .. Ramadan Kareem!!

INGREDIENTS:
1.)Ghee Roasted Mixed Nuts:1 CUP
Chopped Cashews
Chopped Almonds
Raisins
Melon seeds
Chironji
Desi ghee – 2 tbspn

2.)Ghee Roasted Makhane
Desi Ghee-1 tbspn
Makhane-2 cup

3.)Dry Roasted Dessicated Coconut

4.)Desi ghee-2 tbspn
Seviyan( Roasted Vermicelli) -300gms

Kimami Seviyan:

Water-400-500ml
Sugar-1 Cup+1/4th cup or as needed
Red food colour
Green caradamom powder-1 tsp
Ghee Roasted Makhane
Roasted Coconut
Ghee Roasted Sewai
Ghee Roasted Dry Fruits
Desi ghee -2 tbspn
Kewda essence-few drops
Mawa-250gms
Tutti fruits
Chopped pistachio
