Easy crunchy black chickpea salad recipe
Which is healthy and so delicious. Once try this recipe I’m sure you will love it. Easy and quick to make. Soak chickpea overnight or for at least 6 to 7 hours. Boiled the chickpea until nicely cooked and let it cool down completely.

INGREDIENTS
1. Boiled black chickpea
2. Finely chopped cucumber
3. Finely chopped red bell papers
4. Finely chopped red onion
5. Finely chopped parsley
6. Finely chopped tomato
7. Roasted peanut
8. Olive oil 1 spoon
9. Pink salt half a spoon
10. Half a spoon of black salt
11. Green chilly chopped ( instead of green chilly can be used black pepper powder)
