Black pepper chicken

****Black pepper Chicken recipe****

*Chicken breast : 200 gram
(Thin slice cutting)

For marination
*Salt: 1/4 tsp
*sugar: 1/4 tsp
*Egg white : 1
*cornflour : 1.5 tbsp
Mix well and fry for 3 minutes
(Frying oil temperature 160 to 170)

*Vegetables
*Onion: 45 gram
*green chilli: 30 gram
*dried red chilli: 5 pcs
*capsicum: 50 gram

*Slurry
*Cornflour: 1tbsp
*water: 3tbsp

For black pepper sauce
*Oil : 2tbsp
*chopped garlic: 1tbsp
*water : 230ml
*salt : 1/4 tsp
*chicken powder: 1 tsp
*Mama sita’s oyster sauce: 1tbsp
*soy sauce: 1tbsp
*Ground black pepper: 1/2 tsp
• Sesame oil: 1tsp

Serve with Rice 🙂

BANARASI KADDU KI SABJI
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 20-25 minutes
Servings : 2
Ingredients
2 tbsp Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल)
2 Bay Leaves (तेज पत्ता)
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (मेथी दाना)
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (सौंफ)
½ tsp Onion Seeds (कलौंजी)
1 inch Ginger – chopped (अदरक)
2-3 fresh Green Chillies – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
2 dry Red Chillies – broken in half (सुखी लाल मिर्च)
2 ½ cups Pumpkin – cut in big cubes (कद्दू)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
Water (पानी)
2 tbsp Jaggery (गुड)
½ tsp Dried Mango Powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
In a kadai heat mustard oil and add bay leaves, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, ginger, green chillies, dry red chilli and saute for a few seconds.
Now add pumpkin and saute for a minute then add turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, some salt and mix everything properly then cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir it once, now adjust the salt, jaggery, some water then cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the lid then add dried mango powder and cook for another minute.
Now finish with coriander leaves stir it once and serve hot with puri.

Simple french toast

This is a Simple French Toast Recipe.
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Sliced bread. Any store-bought bread will work. I like to make my own homemade bread. Check out my recipe!
Butter
Salt
Cinnamon
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar (optional)
This recipe will make 2-4 pieces of French Toast, depending on the size and thickness of bread.

Cheese french toast

Quick breakfast is ready in minutes! Delicious Ham Cheese French Toast Sandwiches

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
2tbsp Milk
2 slices of ham
80g Mozzarella chees
2tbsp Unsalted butter
Salt, black pepper
Mayonnaise
4 slices of bread

Recipe:
3 eggs
30ml milk
Salt
Black pepper
Mix well
4 slices of bread
Mayonnaise
Spread a thin layer evenly on each slice of bread
3 slices of ham
Rip up the ham and place on two slices of bread
80g mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle on top of the ham
Place the slice of bread with mayonnaise on top of the slice with ham and cheese
Medium-low heat
28g unsalted butter
Dip the bread in the egg mixture
Place in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for 2-3 minutes
Done!
Crispy and cheesy!
So delicious!
