Ingredients:
• 1 Liter of milk
• 2-3 tablespoons of custard powder

For Fruit Milkshake:
• Prepare custard milkshake
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 2-3 tbsp sabja seeds
• 2 tbsp Chopped mango
• 4-5 pc Chopped banana
• 1 tbsp green grapes
• 1 tbsp Black grapes
• 1 tbsp Pomegranate

For Garnish:
• Chopped nuts
• Strawberry jelly

For Rose Milkshake:
• Prepared custard milkshake
• 3-4 tbsp vermicelli
• 2-3 tbsp Sabja seeds
• Rose syrup
• 90 grams of strawberry jelly powder
• 500 ml of hot water

For Garnish:
• Vanilla ice cream
• Strawberry jelly

Chicken ghee roast

Ingredients:
750 Grams Chicken marinated with salt and turmeric
1 bunch or 2 cups coriander leaves
few spinach leaves
1 cup mint leaves
6-8 green chillies
10 cloves of garlic
1-2 inch ginger
25 cashews
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 cup Curd
Whole Garam Masala (4 green cardamom, 1 big cardamom, 4 cloves, cinnamon stock, small piece of mace) – add whatever u have in small quantities
Water

200 grams of ghee
pinch of fenugreek
1 spoon Cumin seeds
Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Spoon Garam Masala / Chicken Masala powder
1 tbsp Kasoori methi

Medu vada recipe

Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, these savory lentil fritters are a delight for your taste buds. Follow along as we show you how to recreate this beloved snack in your kitchen. Serve it hot with your favorite chutney and experience the true taste of South India!

Ingredients:

2 cups white urad dal (split white gram)
2-3 green chilies, chopped
Green Dhaniya (coriander), chopped
1/2 tbsp Zira (cumin seeds)
1-inch piece of ginger, chopped
A handful of curry leaves, chopped
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
4-5 tbsp Rice Flour

Instructions:

Begin by soaking the white urad dal in water for at least 4-5 hours or overnight. This process softens the lentils, making them easier to grind.
Once soaked, drain the water completely and transfer the urad dal to a blender or wet grinder.
Grind the urad dal into a smooth, thick batter. You may need to add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl. Add chopped green chilies, ginger, chopped green dhaniya, chopped curry leaves, chopped onion, zira (cumin seeds), salt to taste, and rice flour. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.
Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, take a small portion of the batter, and shape it into a round disc with a hole in the center, resembling a doughnut.
Gently slide the shaped vada into the hot oil. Fry them in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the vadas on medium-low heat, flipping occasionally, until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Once done, remove the vadas from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar for an authentic South Indian experience.
