ingredients:

400 gr canned chickpeas
1 cucumber diced
1 cup cherry tomato halved
1 cup mix bell pepper diced
1 small onion sliced
1/2 cup olive sliced
2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
2 tbsp freshly chopped mint

Dressing:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 white vinegar
1 garlic clove (crushed)
salt
black pepper

Pour dressing over your salad. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serve.

Ingredients

For kadhi:
Besan 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yellow chilli powder 1 tsp
Citric acid/ Tatari ¼ tsp
Water as required

Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Pounded masala mix 1 tbsp
Ginger- green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Water as required
Pounded cloves ¼ tsp

For pounded masala mix
Coriander 1 tbsp
Cloves ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Saunf ½ tbsp
Jeera ½ tbsp

For kachori stuffing:

Oil 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Saunf ½ tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped ½ tbsp
Moong dal soaked ¼ cup
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Roasted jeera powder ½ tsp
Pounded masala 1 tbsp
Water as required
Amchur powder ½ tsp
Kasoori methi ½ tbsp
Coriander chopped ½ tbsp

For kachori dough:
Refined flour 1 ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Ajwain ½ tsp
Water as required
Oil 1 tsp
