Today’s recipe is Amritsari Paneer Bhurji. It is a popular north Indian recipe made from Pioneer. This is a delicious Indian vegetarian dish or scrambled Indian cottage. Cheese with capsicum. It is basically a vegetarian version of the popular egg burji recipe made with the same set of spices and ingredients. It is generally served with roti or chapati for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
– Ghee – 2 tbsp
– Gram flour – 1 tbsp
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 tsp
– Red chili powder – 1 tsp
– Water – 2 tsp
– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Ghee – 1 tbsp
– Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
– Asafetida powder – 1/4 tsp
– Fine chopped onion – 1 medium size
– Ginger paste – 1 tsp
– Green chili chopped – 1
– Chopped green bell pepper – 1 tbsp
– Chopped tomatoes – 2
– Paneer – 200 grams
– Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
– Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp
– Chopped coriander – 1 tsp
